Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add the items you'd like to your cart, then head to checkout. You can pay securely by card or with Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's on its way, our returns policy applies.

Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 7–12 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.

How much is shipping?

Delivery is a flat rate at checkout, and free on orders over $75.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the US and many countries worldwide.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days for a full refund, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns policy for details.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Are your products covered by a guarantee?

Yes — if something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
