How do I pick my size?
Go by your foot length, not by the size you usually wear: these run small. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe while standing. Up to 24 cm (9.4 in) is 40–41, up to 25 cm (9.8 in) is 42–43, up to 26 cm (10.2 in) is 44–45. Between two sizes, go up. If you have narrow feet, take one size smaller. What are they made of?
EVA, for both the upper and the sole. It's light and cushioned, and it doesn't mind water, so a rinse is all the cleaning they need.
How does the heel strap work?
The strap rotates. Wear it behind your heel when you're walking, or flip it forward to slide straight in.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Delivery is free. It takes 5 to 10 business days in the EU, 8 to 15 to the US and 6 to 12 to Japan. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Prices are in euros; in the US, import duty may be charged on delivery. Our shipping policy has the details.
Can I return them?
Yes. You can return unworn pairs within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the pair arrived faulty or wrong. Our refund policy explains how.
How do I clean them?
Rinse with water and let them air dry. Keep them away from direct heat, like a radiator or a hot car, because EVA can lose its shape.
