Shipping policy

Short version: shipping is free, and it is slow. We would rather tell you that here than have you find out while waiting.

Shipping cost

Free on every order, with no minimum. A paid priority option is also offered at checkout if you would prefer a faster tracked service.

Order processing

Orders are passed to our supplier and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery times

Kapi ships from an overseas supplier. Delivery to the United States typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from dispatch. Other destinations are broadly similar.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order moves. If you need something within a week, this is honestly not the right purchase right now.

Where we ship

The United States, most of Europe, Canada, Australia and a number of other countries. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will see what we can do.

Import duties and taxes

Because your order ships from overseas, import duties or taxes may apply depending on the customs rules in force in your country. Any charges we collect are shown at checkout before you pay.

If a carrier invoices you separately on delivery, forward us the receipt and we will sort it out with you.

Delays

Customs and courier delays happen and are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within four weeks of dispatch, contact us and we will chase it or refund you.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not updated in 14 days, treat it as lost and email us. We will replace or refund it. You will not be asked to wait indefinitely.
