Shipping policy

Short version: shipping is free, and it now takes about a week and a half. We would rather put the real numbers here than make you guess.

Shipping cost

Free on every order, with no minimum. There is one shipping speed and everybody gets it. We do not sell a paid upgrade, because we could not honestly promise it would arrive any sooner.

Order processing

Orders are passed to our fulfilment partner and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery times

Delivery to the United States typically takes 8 to 14 days from dispatch. Other destinations are broadly similar.

We have recently changed fulfilment partners to get that number down, so treat 8 to 14 days as the expected range rather than a promise we have proven a hundred times over. Our commitment is the backstop below.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order moves.

If it takes longer than we said

If your order has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, email us. We will refund you or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. You do not have to argue for it and you do not have to wait indefinitely.

Where we ship

The United States, most of Europe, Canada, Australia and a number of other countries. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will see what we can do.

Import duties and taxes

Any charges we collect are shown at checkout before you pay. If a carrier invoices you separately on delivery, forward us the receipt and we will sort it out with you — you should not end up paying more than the total you agreed to at checkout.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not updated in 14 days, treat it as lost and email us. We will replace or refund it.
