Refund policy

We sell one product, so this is short.

30-day returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with any tags or seals intact.

Your right to cancel (EU, EEA and UK)

If you live in the EU, EEA or UK you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy is offered in addition to that right, not instead of it.

How to start a return

Email us at info@plumeandco.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with instructions and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without instructions may not be processed.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo or a short video. We will make it right with a free replacement or full refund, and in most cases you will not need to send anything back. You will not be asked to ship a broken plush back across the world.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to display it.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped we will cancel and refund it in full. Once it has shipped, the standard return process applies.

Late or missing refunds

If a refund has not arrived, check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary. Still nothing? Email info@plumeandco.shop and we will sort it out.
