We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Your right to cancel (EU)

If you're in the EU, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy is offered in addition to this right.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

Unless an item is faulty, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
